We recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks in advance for standard events. For events with 500+ guests or during peak season (October through December, May through June), booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead is recommended to secure your preferred date and equipment.

Yes. A dedicated sound engineer is included with our Professional ($1,800+) and Premium ($5,000+) packages. Our Essential package includes a setup walkthrough so your team can manage the equipment during the event.

Absolutely. We provide custom quotes for multi-day events, festivals, hybrid/livestream productions, and any special requirements that fall outside our standard packages. Contact us with your event details and we will build a tailored plan.

Our primary focus is audio production and sound engineering. Lighting and video production services are coming soon. In the meantime, we can recommend trusted partners for lighting and video needs.

We carry backup gear for all critical components. For events with a sound engineer, they handle any issues live on-site with no downtime. For rental-only customers, we provide a dedicated emergency phone line for immediate support.

All rental pricing is published on our Rentals page. Speakers range from $75 to $325 per day, microphones from $20 to $175 per day, and mixers from $50 to $150 per day. Pre-configured bundles save 10% versus renting items individually.

Yes. Delivery is free within 25 miles of the DFW center, with a $2 per mile charge beyond that. Professional setup and teardown is available for an additional fee if you need it.

We require a refundable damage deposit of 25% of the total rental value. The deposit is returned in full when equipment is returned in good condition.

Full refund for cancellations 7 or more days before the event. 50% refund for cancellations 3 to 6 days before. No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before the event.

Yes. A 2-day rental is 1.5 times the daily rate. A 3-day rental is 2 times the daily rate. For weekly or longer rentals, contact us for custom pricing.

Yes. We carry $2 million in general liability insurance and all equipment is fully insured. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for your venue requirements.

Yes. AEG Production is part of the Alliance Entertainment Group ecosystem. Bundle audio production with AEG Training Academy DJs and receive a 10% discount on the combined package.

We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Same-week events get 2-hour priority response so we can help you get set up as fast as possible.

We accept credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. Corporate and school clients can use purchase orders with Net 30 terms.
